Yes. Open a support ticket under My account → Support and tell us that you want your account deleted. We take care of it and send you a confirmation e-mail.
What happens
- Your login is removed and nothing on the site identifies you any more – your profile, addresses, wish list, points and newsletter settings are deleted.
- Videos you bought can no longer be downloaded or streamed, because they belong to your account. Please download everything you want to keep before you ask us to delete the account.
- Records of past payments must be kept for as long as tax law requires. Your name, e-mail address and postal address are removed from them, so they can no longer be linked to you.
When we have to wait
We can only delete the account once nothing is open: a running subscription has to be cancelled first, open orders have to be completed, and auctions you are bidding on have to be finished. We tell you in the ticket if something is still open.
