My coupon code does not work

A coupon code can be rejected for one of these reasons:

  • The coupon cannot be combined with another coupon.
  • During an active sale, coupon codes cannot be combined with the sale discount.
  • Some coupons are not valid for certain products, for example auctions.
  • The coupon has expired or has already been used.

If none of these applies, open a support ticket and tell us the code and what you wanted to buy.
