Questions & answers

Can I still buy Early Access?

No – Early Access is now part of the subscription and is no longer sold separately, neither for money nor for points. If you already have an Early Access membership, it keeps running until its end date, including buying Early Access videos and the galleries.

I have an Early Access membership – what happens now?

Nothing changes until your membership ends. Until then you can buy Early Access videos and open the Early Access & Behind the Scenes galleries, exactly as before. The membership is not renewed.

What happens when my membership ends?

Early Access videos can no longer be bought before their release, and the galleries are locked again. A subscription gives you Early Access back – plus every video in Full HD, 35% off every video you buy and, with 6 or 12 months, bonus videos to keep.

Do I keep the videos I bought?

Yes. Every video you bought – Early Access videos included – stays in your downloads, with or without a subscription.

What about my Dung points?

Your points stay on your account and you can still use them for rewards. Only Early Access itself can no longer be unlocked with points.

Where do I find the galleries?

Members and subscribers open them with the button on this page or in My Account → Early Access gallery.
