Missing Downloads

In September 2021 we’ve added USB Sticks as an option besides download. With that change there was a small bug, which could’ve removed some downloads from orders you’ve made on our shop. If you find yourself missing videos from your orders, please contact us through our contact form with the order number and/or the videos missing, so we can add them again, so you have them back in your account ready to be downloaded.

This only happened randomly and before the 29th September 2021, if you’ve purchased after the 29th you are not affected.
