I cannot play the video

If a downloaded video does not play or stutters:

  • Use a modern media player such as VLC, which plays all our videos.
  • Ultra HD videos need a computer that can handle 4K playback. If your device struggles, the Full HD version is the better choice.
  • Make sure the download was complete. If the file is much smaller than expected, download it again.
