The conditions for taking part in the webmaster programme of GuyScat, Lewdden, Scatportal and ManureFetish. You accept them with your application; they apply to all four Sites.
1. Scope and parties
These Webmaster Terms govern participation in the webmaster programme (the "Programme") of GuyScat (guyscat.com), Lewdden (lewdden.com), Scatportal (scatportal.com) and ManureFetish (manurefetish.com) (each a "Site", together the "Sites"). The Programme is operated by the provider named in the imprint of the respective Site ("we", "us").
Netfield Media S.L. ("Netfield") is the merchant of record of the Sites. Netfield verifies webmasters before the first payout (KYC), issues the monthly statements and pays out commissions. Netfield's requirements for KYC and payout apply in addition to these Terms.
One account, four Sites: a webmaster account registered on any of the Sites is valid on all of them. These Terms apply uniformly to all Sites. The Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy of the respective Site apply in addition.
By ticking "I accept the webmaster terms" in the application form you accept these Terms. The time of your consent is recorded.
2. Eligibility and application
The Programme is open to anyone who is at least 18 years old and has full legal capacity — as a natural person, sole trader or legal entity. Only one webmaster account per person or company is permitted.
You provide complete and accurate information in your application (name, address, date of birth, legal form, bank details, traffic sources and, where applicable, VAT ID and company register data) and keep it up to date in your dashboard. For legal entities, the managing director and every shareholder holding more than 25 % must provide beneficial-owner documents on request.
We review every application personally and may accept or decline it without giving reasons. There is no entitlement to participate. An application is complete only once you have confirmed your e-mail address.
Before the first payout you must pass Netfield's KYC verification. Until then commissions are credited but not paid out.
Your login credentials are personal. You keep them secret and are responsible for everything that happens through your account.
3. Referral links and attribution
Once approved, your dashboard provides a personal webmaster ID and a link generator for any page of the Sites. Only traffic that passes through these links and is recorded by our system counts.
Your link sets a cookie with a lifetime of 60 days. If a visitor registers a user account within those 60 days, that account is attributed to you permanently — for the entire lifetime of the account. A visitor who already has an account cannot be re-attributed.
Attribution is determined solely by our tracking system. Referrals that were not recorded — for example because the visitor blocked or deleted cookies, the link was altered, or a user merely claims to have come through you — do not give rise to any claim.
Referred users are and remain our customers. Only the Terms of Use of the respective Site apply to them. We set the prices, content and features of the Sites and may change them at any time.
4. Commission
You earn 20 % of every payment your attributed users make on the Sites — clip purchases, subscriptions, live shows and tips, paid messages and pay-per-view, custom orders, and wallet top-ups spent on the Sites. The basis of calculation is the amount the user actually pays: if a user you referred spends 100 €, you receive 20 €.
There is no cap — neither on the number of referred users nor on the amount of commission. The revenue share runs for as long as your webmaster account exists and you comply with these Terms.
Creator referral: if a person who arrives through your link is activated as a creator on a Site, you additionally earn a share of that creator's completed sales for a limited period from activation. The rate and period published on the Programme page of the respective Site at the time of activation apply (currently 3 % for 12 months). We book this share ourselves and add it to your monthly payout; your dashboard lists it as numbered entries without any personal data of the creator.
No chargebacks: chargebacks, chargeback fees and refunds are carried by us and by Netfield. They are not deducted from your share and are never reclaimed from a payout already made. Orders refunded before the statement is issued are simply not counted in the first place.
Excluded from this are commissions generated in breach of these Terms — in particular through self-referrals, artificial or fraudulent traffic, or misused payment instruments. Such commissions do not accrue; we may cancel amounts already credited and reclaim amounts already paid out.
You are responsible for the taxation of your commissions. Netfield issues the statements on the basis of the data you provided (legal form, VAT ID). Your dashboard shows clicks, sign-ups and revenue per month and per user; its figures are the basis of the statements.
5. Statements and payout
Netfield provides a monthly statement in your dashboard (including PDF). Payouts are made by Netfield by SEPA bank transfer to the bank account you registered. The account holder must be the webmaster; your name must be identical in your application, at your bank and in your KYC documents.
Netfield's payout cycle and any minimum payout amount apply as shown in your dashboard or in Netfield's payout information. Amounts below a minimum are carried over to the following month.
Please raise objections to a statement within 60 days of it being made available, via the support in your dashboard. After that the statement is deemed accepted; your right to assert obvious errors later remains unaffected.
6. Permitted promotion
You may promote the Sites on your own websites, blogs and social media channels, in communities, through mailing lists with demonstrable consent of the recipients, and through paid advertising — within these Terms and the rules of the respective platform. You may extend the traffic sources named in your application; we may ask you about them.
Links, banners and further material are available in your dashboard, including banners for individual creators. You use the names and logos of the Sites only in the form we provide and do not alter them. Previews and material from the dashboard may be used only to promote the Sites, not distributed as content in their own right.
The Sites are intended exclusively for adults. You promote them only where advertising for adult content is permitted, label it accordingly and never address minors. You mark advertising as such where the law requires it.
7. Prohibited promotion
In particular, the following are prohibited: unsolicited e-mails or messages and any form of spam; misleading advertising and false promises about content, prices or earnings; brand bidding, i.e. booking our brand names or close variants in search-engine advertising and using them in domains, profile names or channel names; self-referrals, i.e. purchases through your own link or through accounts controlled by you or persons close to you; cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames, automatic redirects without user action, and bot or otherwise artificial traffic; incentivised traffic (cashback, rewards, mandatory clicks) without our prior consent; promotion on sites with unlawful content, in particular depictions of minors, non-consensual content or content of our creators distributed without permission; distributing content of the Sites or their creators beyond the promotional material provided; acting in the name of the Sites or as part of them, for example through official-looking profiles or support offers; and harassing creators or users.
In the event of a breach we may cancel the affected commissions, suspend your account or terminate your participation without notice. Further claims remain reserved.
8. Data protection
We process your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the respective Site. For verification, accounting and payout we pass your master data, bank details and KYC documents to Netfield; Netfield processes them as merchant of record under its own responsibility.
On your own channels you comply with data protection law yourself — including a privacy policy and, where required, your visitors' consent to the cookies set by your links.
9. Term and termination
Participation runs for an indefinite period. Either party may end it at any time with effect from the end of a calendar month — you via the support in your dashboard, we by e-mail to the address you registered.
For good cause we may suspend your account immediately or terminate your participation without notice, in particular in the event of a breach of section 6 or 7, false information, a failed KYC verification, or if your promotion exposes the Sites to legal or commercial risk.
Upon termination the attribution of your users ends; no new commissions accrue from that point. Commissions accrued and not forfeited up to then are paid out by Netfield in the regular cycle. After termination you remove all links, banners and trademarks of the Sites from your channels.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms, for example because of new features, changed requirements of Netfield or legal requirements. We will notify you of changes at least 30 days before they take effect, by e-mail or in your dashboard. If you continue to participate in the Programme afterwards, the amended Terms apply; otherwise you may end your participation before they take effect. A change to the commission rate applies only to payments made after it takes effect.
11. Liability and availability
We strive for continuous availability of the Sites and of the tracking, but do not owe it. Maintenance, outages or interference by third parties may mean that visits are temporarily not recorded; no claims arise from this.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Any further liability is excluded.
You and we are independent contractors. These Terms create no partnership, agency or employment relationship. You make no representations on our behalf.
12. Final provisions
These Terms are governed by the law of the state in which the provider named in the imprint of the respective Site has its registered office, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory provisions of the state in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of the provider.
These Terms are available in several languages. In the event of discrepancies the English version prevails.
Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. Questions about the Programme are answered via the support in your webmaster dashboard.
