I can’t finish the download, the download aborts in the middle
Please make sure you are on a PC with a LAN cable connected. If you use WLAN it can happen that the connection get’s interrupted which cancels the download. Also it is not recommended to download the video on your mobile phone or tablet. Because our files are large and the download might take some time, it can happen that the connection to your phone gets interrupted or it goes in to standby, what could abort the download.

I ordered a Vid in ultra HD but i dont have enough space on my laptop to download. Any suggestions or can i have the download swapped for the less memory version?

Currently there is no smaller version of it. If the problems is because there is not enough hard drive space on your laptop, you could download it to an external drive if available. If you need more help, please write to our support, through the contact form.
