Il diritto di revoca scade nel caso di un contratto per la consegna di contenuti digitali non su supporto fisico se abbiamo iniziato l'esecuzione del contratto dopo che hai espressamente concordato che inizieremo l'esecuzione del contratto prima della scadenza del periodo di revoca e hai confermato di essere a conoscenza del fatto che perderai il diritto di revoca come conseguenza del tuo accordo con l'inizio dell'esecuzione del contratto.
